Many of our donors have asked us to provide an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) service. We are happy to announce we are now able to provide that service to you. This optional service allows you to authorize InterComm to deduct your monthly gifts automatically from your checking or savings accounts. You can save yourself time and money and help InterComm achieve better stewardship of your gifts by saving us time and processing costs.

Here's how easy it is to get started!
Click HERE to open a new browser window with the convenient online form. After you complete the form, you will need to print it out and sign it before mailing it in.
We cannot accept an online submission because we require a signature for your security.

  1. Fill the form completely with your personal and bank information. We especially need your phone number in case we need to call you with any questions.
  2. Indicate the amount you want deducted each month.
  3. Select the 10th or the 25th of the month for your deduction to be made.
  4. Print the form out.
  5. Read the agreement on the form and then sign and date the form.
  6. Return the completed form with one of the following:
  • If using your checking account -- we will need a voided blank check (no deposit slips, please).
  • If using your savings account -- we will need a savings deposit slip.

The first automatic deduction will occur in about six weeks. You will receive a letter confirming that InterComm has enrolled you in this plan and the date of the first deduction.

A record of each deduction will show on your monthly bank statement. You will continue to receive a receipt from InterComm each month. Your monthly amount will be paid automatically until you let us know you wish to stop. You can stop your monthly deduction at any time.
